Journal 1: Reflection on the issue of pretending in Bugis by Alfian Sa’at

I have read a short story entitle Bugis written by Alfian Sa’at. My reflection regarding the issue of pretending n this story is Salmah. The reason why I said Salmah was pretending in this story is Salmah was pretending to be a good person. It can be prove when Salmah act like a good girlby wearing tudung, but then, she will holding hand with her boyfriend, Sazali. Besides, in my point of view, not only Salmah was pretending in this story. Bugis Street and Bangladeshi man also pretending in this story.
